Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick Summary

All credit purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer monetary refunds. However, if an interview could not be started or completed due to a technical issue on our end, the credits deducted for that session will be restored to your account.

1. No Monetary Refunds

All credit pack purchases on Roundexa are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, we do not reverse or refund money to your bank account, UPI, or card under any circumstances. Please review the credit pack details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Credit Restoration for Technical Failures

We understand that technical issues can occasionally prevent an interview session from running properly. If credits were deducted from your account but the interview could not start or complete due to a fault on Roundexa's platform (server error, API failure, or similar), we will restore those credits back to your Roundexa account.

Examples that qualify for credit restoration:

  • Credits were deducted but the interview session failed to start (server error).
  • The interview page crashed or became unresponsive before any questions were shown, due to a platform issue.
  • A confirmed outage on our end caused the session to terminate unexpectedly.

3. What Does Not Qualify

  • Interview ended early because you chose to close the browser or click "End Interview".
  • Poor internet connection or device issues on your end.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated questions or feedback quality.
  • Accidental purchase of a credit pack.
  • Unused credits remaining in your account.
  • Complimentary signup credits (these are not purchased).

4. How to Report a Technical Issue

  1. Email support@roundexa.com with subject line: "Credit Restoration — [your registered phone number]".
  2. Include the date and approximate time of the failed session, and a brief description of what happened.
  3. We will investigate and, if the failure was on our end, restore the credits within 2 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Roundexa does not offer subscription plans. All purchases are one-time credit packs with no recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the platform at any time — your credits will remain in your account as they do not expire.
